To book an event at the St. Leonard Youth Retreat Center, decide your preferred dates and contact us. The director of SLYRC will get back to you promptly to discuss your planned retreat.  Every effort will be made to accomodate your request.

Please know that: 

• priority is given to youth retreats (it is our ministry to serve young people)

• weekends are reserved for three day, two night reservations (Friday through Sunday, with the option of booking additional nights if needed)

• Some weekends may be available for single day retreats or one overnight (holiday weekends, slower times of year, etc.)

• In general, at least 24 hours is needed in between reservations to clean and re-set the building

Once dates have been established, the director of St. Leonard's will email you a contract.  The date will be tentatively reserved for you for 14 days as we await the return of the contract with a deposit ($100 for day retreats, $300 for overnight retreats) to secure your reservation. Contracts reflect the total time you will be on the premises, including any set up or clean up time.  You are not guaranteed access to the building outside of the times listed on the contract.  Changes to the contract may be made up to 30 days before your arrival at the St. Leonard Youth Retreat Center, depending on the schedule and availability of staff.
